Safe working is fundamental to Alpha Venture. We are committed to successfully completing works with zero loss of hours due to worker injuries, by following good practice and policy processes of ISO 45001: 2018. The diverse range of projects dictates we need to regularly review risks, and assess Health and Safety; for our staff and other workers so the correct precautions can be taken or provided to complete projects without accidents or incidents. Alpha Venture success is no accident.

Alpha Venture regards Safety as an extremely important priority for the Company and “Safety is non-negotiable”. Our business is a People Business and no other asset is as important as the people that contribute to their work to achieve our business results.

We are committed to conduct our business in the best way to safeguard the health, safety and welfare of all people who may be affected by the activities of the company, we devote all the necessary energy to protect our employees including everyone within the environment where we are working including the public. We believe that all accidents can be prevented.

We integrate health and safety in the management of our business in such a way that all activities are considered with a perspective of prevention of all types of accidents and protection of the people at work.

We are committed to continually train our employees in all areas of their work delivery with continuous systematic identification of hazards and to manage them with appropriate risk management and actions to minimize and remove danger.

We continue with successful implementation and improvement of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements as set out in ISO 45001:2018.

Alpha Venture take stringent steps to ensure works and materials are as sustainable as possible; including the re-cycling policies for construction waste or redundant materials. New products that include higher percentages of recycled materials are becoming popular in all markets so Alpha Venture will always review and update specifications to ensure Client’s benefit from our efforts to build a sustainable future for the younger generations.
